Vision
facebook.com/visionthefilmpage
A short fiction film about “Louis, a 17-year-old visual artist from an under-resourced community. A mysterious man gives him a pair of sunglasses that empowers him to see the potential around him. Will he use the newfound vision for good?”
The goal is to use the film as a catalyst for dialogue about the collective Vision we have for the under-invested in, segregated and neglected parts of so many of our U.S. cities, especially in the so called ‘Rustbelt’ cities. Our plan is to partner with local nonprofits to show this short film (15-25 min) in community screenings with follow up panels and tangible action steps across the nation.
We are currently looking for strategic partners to help do community screenings in 2024 . The CLip above is just a Teaser scene to show a sample of the final product. Reach out if you are interested in reviewing our pitch deck & current letters of support.
A Speak Up Productions and Under the Tree Designs film.
